God instructed me to 'Buy the Field' and that HE would reveal to me a vacant lot about one (1) block away from our other properties. The Seller, a Christian woman with the last name of price, was happy to sell me the land, and when it looked like the deal wouldn't go through. It was again a Scripture {Isaiah 55:2-3) which encouraged me to "not relinquish" the property exceed 'one-million dollars', which I had already received By Faith. A man contacted me by phone, insisted that I complete certain paperwork and to follow his instructions, and in the end, money was deposited into my account and the property was obtained "WITHOUT A MORTGAGE. I praise GOD for His leading and the teaching of Dr. Winston and Joseph Business School.
