Dr. Bill Winston

God designed you and me to produce everything we would ever want or need on this earth from out of our spirits. This spiritual ability, which only operates BY FAITH, is what I call “4D Economics.”

The fourth dimension, or 4D, is the invisible realm of the spirit and it governs and controls EVERYTHING in the lesser, three-dimensional world of time, space, and matter.

Jesus walked on water, turned water into wine, and fed five thousand men plus women and children with only two fish and five loaves of bread by operating in 4D.

Scarcity, lack, and famine are manifestations of the curse, and exist in this 3D world. When Jesus was teaching the disciples how to pray, He told them to say this, “Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, in earth as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:10). Why? From the beginning, God planned for the earth to be like heaven.

4D Economics is what God calls fruitfulness. Genesis 1:28 says, “And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion….”

Our Creator made mankind to be fruitful. He gave us the ability to produce from Heaven’s supply rather than waiting on the economy and the conditions of this natural, 3D world to be favorable.

Let’s look at some examples.

Plenty in Time of Famine

In Genesis 26:1, the Bible says “There was a famine in the land, beside the first famine that was in the days of Abraham.” But unlike with Abraham, in this chapter, the Lord tells Isaac, Abraham’s son, to stay in the land of famine. He then repeats the oath that He made to Isaac’s father, The Abrahamic Covenant known as The Blessing of Abraham.

Isaac obeys and the scripture says, “Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the Lord blessed him” (Verse 12).

In a time of famine, when there was no rain and the ground was hard and cracked because of no water, Isaac’s crops GREW, not just a little bit, but a BUMPER CROP, “a hundred times as much as he had planted” (AMPC).

Aaron’s Rod

Remember when Korah, Dathan, Abiram, and their gang of about 250 leaders rebelled against Moses and Aaron in the wilderness? They said, “You have gone too far! The whole community of Israel has been set apart by the Lord, and he is with all of us. What right do you have to act as though you are greater than the rest of the Lord’s people?” (Numbers 16:3 NLT).

Well, their rebellion angers the Lord who opens up the ground around their tents, swallowing them, their families, and all their belongings in one gulp!

Then God tells Moses to do an interesting thing. The Lord tells him to take a rod or staff from one leader of each of the twelve tribes and place them OVERNIGHT in the Tabernacle of Witness before the presence of the Lord.

Moses does and the Bible says, “And the next day Moses went into the Tent of the Testimony (the Tabernacle of Witness), and behold, the rod of Aaron for the house of Levi had sprouted and brought forth buds and produced blossoms and yielded [ripe] almonds” (Numbers 17:8 AMPC).

Check this out. Aaron’s rod, a dry dead stick, had SUPERNATURALLY blossomed. His rod needed none of the resources of this planet to bring it to pass. The miracle proved that God had chosen Aaron among the leaders to be His High Priest over Israel.

God also used Aaron’s miracle rod as a permanent warning to any future rebels who would ever dare to question His power and authority. (This is another benefit of 4D Economics—it shuts the mouths of your adversaries!)

Peter’s Miracle Catch

Jesus demonstrated the fourth dimension through miracles. Peter was converted through the miraculous

When Jesus meets Peter and his fishing partners, they are not having a very good day. They had fished all night and caught nothing. When Jesus walks up, they have already called it quits and are washing their nets preparing to go home.

Jesus asks to borrow Peter’s boat to teach the people gathered at the shoreline. When He finishes, Jesus tells Peter to “Launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a draught” (Luke 5:4). Another translation says, “Now go out where it is deeper and let down your nets and you will catch a lot of fish!” (TLB).

Peter starts to protest but quickly submits. “Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing,” … “Nevertheless, at thy word, I will let down the net” (Verse 5). The Bible says, “And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake.” Peter gathers in so much fish that his boat begins to sink.

Peter is so astonished at what he sees that he falls down at Jesus’ feet crying, “Depart from me, for I am a sinful man, Oh Lord” (Verse 8). Peter’s encounter with Jesus, experiencing this new level of (4D) living, caused him to leave a life of toil and uncertainty to forsake all and follow Jesus.

Jesus said, “Except (they) see signs and wonders, (they) will not believe” (John 4:48).

Without miracles, part of the witness we have for winning the world is forfeited. Those who need to see a miracle, like Peter, may never come into the Kingdom. They need to see a certain demonstration of God’s power to leave from where they are.

Miracles are the advertisement of the Kingdom, drawing the unbeliever to dine at the Master’s table. The great evangelist T.L. Osborn said that miracles are the dinner bell for the unsaved. They confirm that God is true and that Jesus is alive and well.

In Peter’s story, I am convinced that the fishermen of Capernaum had fished that lake dry. There were no more fish and the economy was suffering. Peter’s MIRACLE CATCH had to come from another source, the invisible realm of the spiritual fourth dimension where there is laid up an inexhaustible supply for all who dare to believe. (See Ephesians 3:8 AMPC.) This is why I say that Peter’s fish didn’t come FROM the lake but THROUGH the lake.

Partner, please hear me on this. This is very important. Peter’s fish came from the INVENTORY of the UNSEEN, transferred into this 3D physical world by FAITH. I believe those fish, like the water that was turned into wine, were the best quality that could ever be produced.

By operating in 4D Economics, Jesus turned a DROUGHT into a DRAUGHT, saving not only Peter’s fishing business but lifting the entire coastal economy of Capernaum. If you are in business, I believe God plans to use that business as a witness to demonstrate His awesome power through this fourth dimension.

Grow Up and Go Up

This is the kind of impact that the Church should be making today. But too much of the Church has been depending on the world instead of leading the world, and because of it, we have been found wanting. As a result, the Church has lost its glow, its luster, and its attraction.

The Church cannot stop evil from gaining ground in 3D, which is why the enemy works tirelessly to keep the Church carnal and ignorant of its spiritual power.

I believe the LORD is now insisting that we GROW UP. He no longer plans to come down to our circumstance-dominated life but is now calling us up to His circumstance-dominating life and nature. It’s time to COME UP to the next level, the fourth dimension!

Only through this superior method of the spirit realm can we take back our cities, stop the violence, eradicate poverty, change ungodly laws, turn jails into boarding schools, and shut down media channels of propaganda without using the weapons of man. Not taking centuries, but days and weeks to turn these situations around!

Finally, SPEAKING the WORD OF FAITH, or confession, is a key principle in manifesting the dominion of the fourth dimension. Jesus SPOKE to trees, storms, fish, disease, and demons, and ALL obeyed Him.

The process requires that we first deposit God’s Word in our spirits. Then, we speak forth God’s Word from our hearts by faith. The Bible says “A good man out of the good treasure of his heart will bring forth good things” (Matthew 12:35).

Remember, faith requires that God be your ONLY SOURCE. As the psalmist wrote, “My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him” (Psalm 62:5).

I decree from this time forward you will live the fourth-dimension life and bring from heaven solutions and supplies that will more than meet the needs of this lost and hurting world, in Jesus’ Name!
